A journal of architectural regulations has been established in order to guarantee that the sites will be cohesive units and to ensure the architectural quality of the projects.
This journal defines the main architectural characteristics of the constructions, so that the finished estate will be harmonious both in plans and in volumes. Coherent organization of the available space will group the buildings which are related either by their sizes, their situation, the choice of materials used, or the kind and color of the walls. Particular attention is also given to the fences between the estates and public areas.
This annex to construction regulations is mandatory for all purchasers and builders, and must be taken into account when the project is realized. The Coordinating Architect for each estate is responsible for consulting all building request files before they are deposited at the Mairie, in order to verify that the regulations are respected and ensure that the projects will integrate as well as possible into overall plans and the building site.
