A journal of architectural regulations has been established in order for the architectural quality of the estate to be correctly terminated and to guarantee unity to the entire site. Its goal is to define the main architectural characteristics of the buildings, so that the estate will blend in well both in plans and in volumes.

This appendix to the estate regulations contains rules for both purchasers and builders which must be taken into account when the project is realized.

The Coordinating Architect for the estate must therefore consult all building permit files before they are deposited at the Mairie, to confirm that the above regulations are respected and ensure that the projects will integrate well into the overall plans and the building site.
