a) Land The success of our projects is conditioned by rigorous selection of sites. The criteria upon which their choice is based include ease of access and comfort as well as a strong desire to locate the highest-quality environment, view and landscapes.
b) Architecture OPUS Développement is always careful to create its projects with respect for the landscapes and architecture of each location. Taking into account local knowledge and architecture as well as views over the surrounding countryside is of the highest priority before beginning any project for new housing. Particular attention is given to housing sites, sizes, designs, outside woodwork, fences, locks, landscaping hedges, and the choice of materials and colors used. The architectural choice for each estate results from local studies of existing traditional architectural styles of the area in which the project will be built, and respects these styles while integrating a more contemporary dimension. c) Environment and Sustainable Development OPUS Développement also brings the new dimension of sustainable development to its projects. Because we are aware of the enormous stakes facing the world in the coming decades, we are particularly attentive to the choice of noble, natural and timeless materials used for our constructions, such as stone, wood, lime plastering and terracotta.
Housing insulation is reinforced and the use of renewable resources is encouraged, to reduce fossil fuel consumption and conform to the latest RT 2005 thermal and acoustic regulations. |
